  • What courses are available?
    We have a range of courses to suit your wedding career or business goals. If you are not sure which is the right fit, jump into our emails for a free chat.
  • Where do I complete my studies?
    We are based online which is the beauty of our courses, masterminds, and mini-courses. You can study from any location at any time to suit your lifestyle. There is no classroom needed.
  • Can I purchase a mentoring session?
    Yes, you are welcome to purchase hourly mentoring sessions. Your mentor sessions are conducted by active industry professionals that we will align you with, someone who is a good fit for your career path or business goals. We will also be offering group workshops local to your area and based on demand. You will be given plenty of notice as to where and when these will take place. Feel free to sign up to our mailing list for the most up-to-date and newest information.
  • What happens when I start to loose motivation?
    When you start to loose your study mojo we will be there to support you!
  • What is the refund policy?
    Due to the nature of our online courses, templates, and digital products, and the fact that you are viewing (Intellectual Property), we do not offer any type of refund. In special circumstances please discuss any alternative arrangements to postpone your purchased course. Under these circumstances and depending on the duration of the suspension, there will be a surcharge to provide you with the most current course content which may have been updated during your absence. Please choose carefully in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
  • Can I access the training from my phone or tablet device?
    We recommend that you use a laptop or desktop to get the full visual feel for your learning experience. Each module will be sent directly to you so it is super easy and user friendly.
  • I have been in the industry for a few years, will this training help me?"
    Yes of course. We have tailored courses just with you in mind. We have a range of courses to suit your current situation and business goals.
  • What help and guidance will I receive?
    We are here to educate and challenge your thinking. For each course that has a set of assessment tasks where you will receive real-life, up-to-date, and personal feedback which makes up the mentoring components of your studies. We have support available once you start your journey with us so you are never alone.
  • Is there an opportunity to gain real life work experience?
    We are so passionate that hands-on learning is a big part of your journey. We have some really great industry co-workers from around the globe. We will only match industry businesses with students who display all of the right attributes and commitment. The Wedding Training Hub's Founder Lizzy Waterson is a Wedding Planner and has a select number of spaces available for students to come along and be a part of the real-life action.
  • What if I have a question or need help during my training?
    Do not worry, we are here to help you! Each student will get a thorough course induction which will include our help options.
  • I want to get into the wedding and event industry but don’t know how, will this training help me?
    We are so glad you asked! Yes, we too love the wedding and event industry and our training is designed with you in mind. We have designed each course to be content rich and purposeful for each learner, we cut out the fluffy BS from 10 years ago.
  • How long will my studies take to complete?
    That is really up to you depending on what learning path you decide to take with us and your personal commitments. We recommend from 3-12 months but tailor this to each course
  • Will I be certified after I complete my studies?
    Once you have completed a course with us you will receive your very own digital certificate of achievement. Our courses have been officially endorsed by the New Zealand Bride and Groom Magazine which will reflect on your certificate.
  • How do I receive feedback during my studies?
    We have an experienced team on hand to answer your feedback, questions, and queries. No question is too small.
  • What support is available to me during my studies?
    When you study with us, you will not only have your dedicated tutor but have full access to our Admin team to answer any questions you may have.
  • Do you have payment plans available?
    Yes of course we do. Each course will offer a range of payment options under our SHOP page with Lay Buy.
  • Will I get any downloads or templates to keep?
    Yes of course. Each course is not only content-rich but has downloadable industry templates and resources for you to keep and use. We clearly specify this in each course. We have a strict copy right on our content and text.
  • What qualifications will I gain?
    The Wedding Training Hub is a private, registered company. There are no formal qualifications required to become a Wedding Planner, Stylist or Coordinator. Our courses are recognised by industry experts and businesses across New Zealand and Australia.
  • When can I start a course?
    You can start your mini-course at any time of the year. Some courses have select start dates due to the nature and placement numbers. Please check your course details for this. Once you select the course that is right for you, we will work with you throughout your entire learning journey. There is an extension option available upon request.
  • Do I need to have a business already set up?
    No, not at all. But if you do that is great. Our courses are designed to cover every element you need and are designed to suit people starting in the industry to current business owners who are wanting to broaden their knowledge and grow their business.
  • Are the online courses endorsed by a leading industry body?
    YES, they sure are! The New Zealand Bride and Groom Magazine has come on board as our official endorser.

    Depending on what course you choose to invest in, you will have a dedicated start and finish date. During this time you will have full access to the online course material. After the set date, there is an option to extend your course with a small fee of $199.00. Course dates range from 3 months to 1-year maximum.
